RouteVault provides access to a suite of travel intelligence tools ("the tools") on a membership basis. By purchasing a membership, you get access to all current tools for as long as your membership is active.
Membership plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose at signup. All membership fees are shown in USD.

Membership fees are charged on the day you sign up and on each billing renewal date. You can cancel your membership at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds.
If you add an extra company slot or task pack, the additional charge is added to your next billing date. All charges are final unless covered by the money-back guarantee above.
The tools provided through RouteVault — including CardCompass, FareRadar, ReviewSherpa, and others — are designed to help you make more informed travel decisions. They use AI and aggregated data, and while we aim for accuracy, we can't guarantee that every result, recommendation, or price estimate is 100% correct.
You are responsible for verifying any booking decisions with the relevant providers directly before committing money.
You own all the information you submit through RouteVault — your spending inputs, trip details, and any personal data you enter. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose outside of operating the service.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the tools — but this data cannot be traced back to you.
You are responsible for keeping your login email active and accessible. RouteVault uses magic link login — no password is stored on our servers. If you lose access to your email address, contact us and we'll help you recover your account.
You agree not to share your account access with others in a way that violates these terms.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
RouteVault is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided through the tools. Price data, availability, and recommendations are based on third-party sources we don't control.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if fraud is detected, or if your payment fails repeatedly. If we terminate your account for a reason other than your violation, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing us.
